Abstract

11 YEAR OLD BOY EVALUATED FOR MEDIASTINAL MASS WITH LEFT SIDED CHYLOUS PLEURAL EFFUSION (FIGURE 1). BONE MARROW EXAMINATION WAS NORMAL. PLEURAL FLUID ANALYSIS WAS SHOWING TRIGLYCERIDE LEVEL OF > 1000 MG/DL .M CELLS WERE POSITIVE .FLOW CYTOMETRY OF PLEURAL FLUID WAS SUGGESTIVE OF T-CELL ALL.
