Abstract

A 15-year girl presented to our department with the blurring of vision in both eyes (left eye more than right) for one month. Visual acuity in her right and left eye was 6/24 and 6/60, respectively. There was no history of using glasses for any refractive error. She gave a history of blunt trauma to her right eye with fist of hand three years back. At that time, she was diagnosed with a right eye vitreous hemorrhage and was managed conservatively. She was referred for vitreoretinal consultation, but she did not report to our department.
